QRpro Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the QRpro platform ("the Platform"), available at https://qrpro.io. By registering, accessing, or using QRpro, you agree to be bound by this document.

1. Provider identification

QRpro is operated by Minify SpA, RUT 76.799.052-9.

2. Account and usage requirements
  • You must provide true, current, and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts in cases of fraudulent use or breach of these terms.
3. Permitted use of the Platform

You may use QRpro to create, manage, and publish QR codes and their related content according to your active plan.

The following is not allowed:

  • Publishing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempting to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform.
  • Reverse engineering, mass scraping, or unauthorized automated use.
  • Using QRpro to distribute malware, phishing, or similar activities.
4. Plans, payments, and renewals
  • Some features may require a paid plan (for example, PRO plan).
  • Prices, currencies, discounts, and applicable conditions are shown before payment.
  • Promotions or coupons may include usage limits, validity windows, and/or eligible-user restrictions.
  • Payments are processed through external gateways; QRpro does not store full card details.
5. Intellectual property

All software, design, trademarks, technical content, and QRpro components are owned by Minify SpA or its licensors. Use of the Platform does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user.

6. User content
  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload (texts, images, files, links).
  • By uploading content, you authorize QRpro to process and host it in order to provide the contracted service.
  • You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish such content.
7. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep QRpro continuously available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, updates, or functional changes at any time, while seeking to minimize user impact.

8. Integrations and third-party services

Some features may depend on third-party services (for example, cloud storage, payment gateways, or email services). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRpro and Minify SpA are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or interruptions arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of breach of these terms, security risk, or abusive use of the service.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
